The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping container as received. If the goods/products have been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. Milando will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, customer will receive their refund within 14 days after the confirmation.
Terms and conditions
- The request of return is available within 14 days upon receiving goods.
- Customers must ensure that the returned goods are in the same condition when they first received it.
- Defected items and used are not accepted.
- No charges will be imposed for the return.
- Customer will be charged for shipping fee if the return is invalid (used item, returned of other items)
- Customers must provide the tracking number to us once the parcel has been shipped.
- MILANDO team requires 1 - 3 working days to check the condition of the goods returned after received.
- We will request for the customer's banking details after we approve the refund.
- Amount of refund will be transferred within 3 working days.
- Customer will be informed once the refund is made.
